Cozy genuine well-planned timber cottage on 53 sqm with great views of the mountains and slopes.
The cottage is in very good condition and well equipped with plenty of cookware. Sleeps 6 including a double bed and two bunk beds. A large bedroom
has a double bed and a bunk bed, the smaller bedroom has a bunk bed. One more sleeping on the sofa can be done with the sofa.
Dining area with bar table and two bar stools in the kitchen, a large table with seating for six people in the main cabin.
The dining area is the fireplace, so even TV corner.
Other:
Fireplace, dishwasher, shower, sauna, grill, microwave, fridge / freezer, stove and convection oven. At least two cars can park (probably 3 depending on the snow conditions,
but additional parking is otherwise within 100 m) directly at the house. Within a few hundred meters begins ski trails and slopes in the East Tandådalen is about 1 km.
Televisions 50-inch Ledtv with app 25 channels.
100 mbit wi-fi.
Many board games and some english books available.
Ski and bathbus 3 in morning and 3 in afternoon stops 50 m from the house. Many more from main road, 700 m away.
Snowmobile rentals, dog sled, ski rental, spa, cinema, restaurants,
bars, a nightclub, a grocery store (Hemköp, Ica), gas station, laundromat, interior design shop and ATG, etc. are nearby in Tandådalen and Högfjällshotellet among others.
Liquor, ICA, Coop, Bakery and cafe and many other shops
are in the village.
Ica Lindvallen delivers groceries whole year to the house:
Closest grocery shop is Hemköp Tandådalen and Ica Toppen in Högfjällshotellet. App 5 km to both.
The cottage is located between Högfjällshotellet and Tandådalen.
Sälen village is about 15
km away and if you want to test Trysil it´s about 50 km.
Firewood is not included. You clean after Your stay and there is cleaning equipment in the house.
Parking spaces (2) plowed by the plow, walkway and path to the septic
tank do you clean (about 10 m). Snow guards on the roof there. Movement-dependent light available to the driveway to the sauna house and on the patio when you arrive so that you have the light, even if it's dark when you arrive.
Summertime is lots
of blueberries on the property, otherwise everywhere. Cloudberries and lingonberries are nearby. Hiking, canot, mountainbike (even downhill), golf (18 hole), adventure bath are other activities. Some good restaurants open during summer and automn
(some whole year), not nightclubs and few bars. Sportbars open all year are o’learys in Lindvallen and Ubbes pizzeria in Tandådalen showing football and much more. Gustaf bar och grill is also a pub open in Lindvallen. Burger king Lindvallen open
all year plus restaurants in village, mainly pizzerias and grill. Olarsgården (Sälfjällstorget Lindvallen) and Gammelgården (Högfjällshotellet below the church) are the top restaurants If you want to eat really good and local
food during the whole year. Even during low season you might need to book a table in advance.
The heat is on when you arrive.
